Overview

Create a monthly financial 💸 summary report using Stripe data. The process includes:

Retrieving financial data from Stripe.

Converting this data into an HTML table using GPT. No need to worry about writing any HTML 😏.

Converting the HTML table into a PDF.

Sending the PDF report via email and saving the summary in the BuildShip database.

✍️ How to Use

Step 1: Add OpenAl API Key

Click on the key icon and select or add your OpenAI API key.

Step 2: Authenticate Send Email node Send email authenticate

Authenticate the Gmail Send Email node with the email account you want to send the email reports from and to.

Step 3: Click Ship 🚀

This will schedule a monthly task that will send a Stripe summary report to the receiver email address you specified in the Send Email node.

Step 4: Test 🧪

But you don't have to wait for an entire month to test your workflow. Select Test and ensure you have the Workflow option selected and test away!

You will then receive your report directly in your inbox. 🙂
